I help teams implement new systems, processes, and tools so that they take into account real-world working conditions: pace, constraints, diversity, and people.

 

When it makes sense:

• Implementing a new tool/process "works on paper," but in practice creates resistance

• Overload and diminished accountability increase despite "better procedures"

• The organization wants change that doesn't rely on the heroism of a few individuals
